Job Title: Foreign Legal Consultant (Arcadia, CA) 

Job Duty: Assist clients in registering Chinese trademarks, and provide related Chinese trademark litigation and rights protection consulting services; Prepare, draft, and review Chinese legal documents, such as Sino-US crossborder legal contracts; Provide legal consulting services for company and equity structure set up in China and ensure company compliance with Chinese law; Provide consulting services on Chinese labor and employment law, and provide legal advice on dispute resolutions for American companies in China; Participate in the negotiation and mediation of such disputes.

Requirements: any suitable combination of education, training, or experience that would be the equivalent of a US Master's or foreign equivalent in Laws, able to read, write and speak Chinese, registered Foreign Legal Consultant recognized by the California State Bar.
