Chang Yi graduated from Florida State University in December 2017 with a master's degree in Public Administration. During the study, she worked as a Research Assistant and Consultant for nearly two years at DeVoe Moore Center, and accumulated a lot of experience in non-profit organizations and fundraising. In addition to her studies, she was the Vice President and the Minister of Public Relations of the Chinese Students and Scholars Association.
